YOUTH DRAMA CAMP
The Pinewood Players Youth Drama Camp has supported young Munds Park actors for 23 years! Our kids gain confidence, learn group cooperation, develop performance skills, and gain an appreciation of all aspects of theater—all while having a great time!
Pinewood Players Youth Drama Camp 2024
In 2024 Pinewood Players will offer two drama camps. The Kidz Kamp will accommodate our younger campers, age 6 to 9 years old and will run for two weeks with half day sessions in the mornings. Our older youngsters age 10 through 18 years old will attend Tween Camp. The Tween Camp will run for three weeks, with the first two weeks overlapping the Kidz Camp dates with half day afternoon sessions. The third week of Tween Camp will consist of all day sessions. Both camps will conclude with productions on the final weekend of the respective camps. Details are below. Please download the Calendar in the left sidebar for a daily schedule.
The Details
Kidz Kamp
- For ages 6 -9 years old
- Camp runs for two weeks: June 18 through June 29, 2024
- Weekdays, 9 am - 12:30 pm: The first day of Kidz Camp is Tuesday, June 18
- 2024 production will be Pajama Party by Cristi Miller and Jay Ferguson
- Performances on June 28 at 7 pm and June 29 at 2:30 and 5:30 pm
Tuition: $175 per child
Tween Camp
- For ages 10 - 18 years old
- Camp runs for three weeks: June 17 through July 7, 2024
- Monday, June 17 will be a full day audition session (9 am - 4:30 pm)
- Weekdays, June 18 – June 28, 1 pm – 4:30 pm
- Weekdays, July 1 – July 5, 9 am – 4:30 pm
- Please bring lunch on full day sessions
- No session on Thursday, July 4, 2024
- 2024 production will be Dear Edwina JR by Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich
- Performances on July 5 at 7 pm, July 6 at 2:30 and 5:30 pm, July 7 at 2:30 pm
Tuition: $225 per child
